Booking a scheduled appointment to have your makeup done at a beauty counter can be overwhelming, especially if you’ve never done it before. With a wide variety of makeup brands offering the service it can be hard to learn that will do the best job. Moreover it can be tricky determining which would best suit the function you’re going to. With this in mind I set out to test three big-name makeup brands in Australia, MAC, Benefit, and Bobbi Brown, to put these to the test.
Here are the results. Heading into MAC I understood that the brand is known for their bright colors and their strong, artistic looks. As I had dehydrated skin on the day my makeup artist, Jody, said she made sure to use a variety of products that could hydrate it as she emphasized that you always need a nourished bottom before applying makeup. The appearance she finished up creating centered on an extremely dramatic eyesight, which she emphasized with a perfect bottom and a glossy lip that didn’t take away from the impact of the eyes.
Looking at my completed face I couldn’t help but notice the impressive skill that went into creating the look, when it emerged to the eyes especially. We found out when the rest of Instagram did! The light-handed bronze application sculpted my face well and my skin looked flawless. Though I was obsessed with the appearance Even, I had to repair the foundation on my chin after a couple of hours as it had started to crack due to how much product was on my face. I also broke out the very next day as my epidermis wasn’t in a position to breathe properly.
Although I got a few unusual looks while I walked around the supermarket afterwards, after I went that evening I received a lot of compliments. Many people said it was the best makeup they’ve ever seen on me and were impressed with how long the attention makeup lasted. I really was impressed with MAC and decided that if I ever needed someone to do my makeup again I would go back – but I would encourage them to go lighter on the building blocks. From day to night time The abilities were impeccable and it lasted, apart from the top up on the chin I had fashioned to do six hours in and the reapplication of lipstick.

It’s perfect and couldn’t be more happy! I really like this essential oil absolutely. It saved my skin from acne honestly, scarring, inflammation, and redness. I have sensitive/combo skin and it generally does not clog my pores or break me out. This stuff also goes A LONG WAY. I’ve been using it for over 2 months and I’m not even half way through it. Please, contemplate purchasing it.
These are the very best makeup removers I have ever used, and I’ve used quite a few different brands over time. I was so impressed with how gently, quickly, and easily they removed my makeup. They left my skin feeling clean, and fresh rather than dried out like some do.
This serum is magic. Your pores just draw it right in and your skin feels so soft and yes it has many ingredients including vitamin C etc. that are so good for that person. My skin seems so soft, and I’m allergic to many fragrances but this is so light, it’s almost fragrance free.
I also have the cleanser out of this skin-care series and the products behave like something you would reach the Mac counter-top or at Sephora. They’re all natural and cruelty free. So give it a shot. Wonderful beauty product and I am a Sephora Snob! I would compare the product quality and color scheme to Urban Decay. Wonderful quality and price. I would highly recommend this to anyone who normally complements a Sephora product or Urban Decay eye shadow. Colors are light or more to date, apply smoothly and easily and last fairly long with makeup set spray! Will come in super-cute packaging and provides you so much for a great deal!
